Barr Private Care Medication Management

We offer a variety of services, including medication reviews and consultations, drug education, and more. In addition to our medication management services, we also provide additional resources to help you manage your medications safely and effectively.

A licensed nurse will set up medications in medication containers weekly or biweekly and document the medication set up. The nurse will call the pharmacy and refill the prescriptions so the medications will be delivered before the next visit. Barr will contact family and or physician of any changes that need to be reported.
